Packing list for traveling with your baby

Are you a new parent or inexperienced traveler who wants to explore the world with your kids?

We want to tell you how to make it easier, packing light and feeling free. There is no doubt that you do need a few more things when travelling with a baby than when you are alone, so here we will tell you the essentials you must have and some tips you need to know.

Before everything, you must start preparing to pack a few days before you travel. Keep a running list of things to take.

Diapers: pack one for each hour you’ll be in transit, plus extras in case of delays. Also you can buy reusable diapers to use at night so you can reduce space in your suitcase.

Small bottles: carry on small bottles of disinfecting hand gel, baby wash, and baby lotion. Don’t pack the original bottles.

Toys: pack a few of your baby’s favorite toys. You will want to make sure that baby doesn’t get bored on long journeys.

Feeding set: If your baby’s eating solid foods, nothing is better than packing a lightweight plastic feeding set with utensils.

Nightlight: pack it and make your night easier. Keep the room lit during diaper changes at mid-night.

Outfits: we recommend you pack one outfit per day and try to wash it in case you need more than one a day. Be prepared for leaky diapers on the airplane: Tuck an extra outfit for your baby. Lastly, pack each of your baby’s outfits in its own zipped plastic bag so you don’t have to hunt around for tiny socks, shirts, and so on.

Now you can enjoy your family trip without any worry. Make sure you have your doctors phone number at hand.
