Since we founded STTELLI, the wellbeing and happiness of our customers and staff have always come first. As an online retailer, we're proud to have supported flexible and home working since our foundation. We have been working closely with our delivery partners, who likewise have been working hard to ensure the safety of their teams. For customers self-isolating, instructions can be left in our checkout process should you wish us to leave your delivery in a safe place. Yes. It's business as usual at STTELLI. We are following the advice of Public Health and are processing all orders.

Shipments to the USA are currently business as usual but could experience a delay of up to 24 hours. Please continue to track your order with your courier for regular updates.

Customers can leave instructions in the checkout process ‘Delivery instructions’ with details of a Safe Place.

If you are unable to return an unwanted item within the 30 day limit due to restrictions relating to Covid-19 we will honor a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy for example; they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please contact our Customer Care team before the end of your 30 day limit to discuss this with us and arrange a late return.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email that contains a tracking link so you can track the journey of your order with our courier partner. If the expected shipping date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us as quickly as possible and one of our dedicated Customer Care Advisors will help track down your order!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer limited exchanges. Exchanges will only be honored for the same product in an alternate color. If your item does not qualify for an exchange, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and for this reason once you've placed an order with us it cannot be cancelled or amended. If an item(s) is no longer required please send the item(s) back to us in line with our Return Policy.
