5 tips to get a better sleep

Have you ever had a poor night’s sleep and then wake-up the next day feeling very tired? That's because when you have a bad night, you're not giving your brain the opportunity to rest after a long day of working so hard.

Sleeping is one the most important parts of our life. It’s absolutely necessary, but many people don’t really get the restful sleep they need. There are numerous scientifically proven reasons to get a good night’s sleep and not getting enough sleep can lead to serious consequences.

These are some tips in order to achieve better sleep:

·         Make your bedroom smell good:

Use a reed diffuser with essential oil or try burning incense. Make sure to use your favorite scent, so that it makes you feel relaxed.

 

·         Open your bedroom window:

Refresh the air in your bedroom. It would be best to sleep with your window open, so you can let in fresh air but if you can't do it all night, do it at least for 30 minutes every day.

 

·         Wash your sheets once a week:

If you spend 1/3 of your life in bed, make sure that your sheets are clean and fresh. lt will make you feel comfortable. 

 

·         Choose good quality bed sheets:

·         Have a bedtime routine:

The key is that this should be a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable time. It should be 30 to 45 minutes before you go to bed. Here are some ideas: read a book, take a warm bath, listen to soft music, or do some easy stretches.
